I can help you see it more clearly, with love and compassion.
Stress, anxiety, worry, expectations. Life can seem overwhelming.
I'll help you see that clarity, peace, and joy are always within reach. You'll discover that your true nature will lead you in the right direction and you no longer need to be led by what your chatty mind has been telling you.
ABOUT ME, LISA INLOW
Hi, I'm Lisa, and I'm so glad you're here. I would love to have a conversation with you about how we experience life. I know that you can find freedom from struggles with ADHD, anxiety, worry, and more, just like I did.
As part of my never-ending quest to find more peace and happiness in life, I unexpectedly came across a new paradigm in mental health. From this new understanding, I could see that the near-constant chatter in my head was what kept me from feeling content. It wasn’t my ADHD, anxiety, or life circumstances that was getting in the way of having peace of mind, it was my thinking. As a result of seeing this new perspective, the chatter has quieted down, my ADHD doesn't seem like such a big problem, and I've stopped having panic attacks. I experience life more fully and the world looks much brighter.
Before I had this understanding, I didn’t know that our minds make up stories about our lives and do so to protect us and keep us safe. These stories seem very real and true, and I thought they were meant to guide us through life. It turns out the stories are almost never true or helpful and our minds can’t determine what’s best for us. Fortunately, we all have inner wisdom to guide us in the right direction.
I don’t live with anxiety anymore. Instead of worrying about the future, I'm excited to discover what lies ahead. Even in this mixed-up world we live in - there is compassion, resilience, peace, and love in every one of us. We just have to be open to seeing it.
My interest in sharing this understanding with others led me to Dr. Amy Johnson. I became a Certified Change Coach through her extensive training program which is based on this new paradigm and has helped thousands of people tap into their innate well-being, create change for themselves, and overcome problems like habits and anxiety.
Currently, I live in Central Virginia where I enjoy water sports with a paddle, walking in the woods, and chasing moonrises. I’m easily distracted by old barns and birds and have been known to finish other people’s puzzles. My greatest joy comes while spending time with my three awesome adult children (and my mostly sweet cockapoo named Lucy).
Through casual conversation, let’s explore how life can be different for you, whether you're dealing with ADHD, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, or another type of struggle or suffering. Peace of mind is closer than you may think.
I offer a complimentary initial call where we'll talk about what our coaching sessions will be like. We'll explore together how we experience life, and how that can change. We both want to be sure it feels right for us to work together before making a commitment which involves money, time, and energy.
I look forward to talking to you about what a mind does, our innate well-being, and how you can experience lasting change.

Lisa has provided me with such clarity and insight in many moments when life seemed confusing, heavy, or hard. Her style is incredibly warm, relaxed, and kind. She asks questions that help me poke holes in beliefs that are no longer helpful or true. I am beyond grateful for Lisa's patience, compassion, and clear understanding of just how safe and OK Life is. Thank you, Lisa.

From our initial conversation Lisa made me feel completely comfortable and at ease with sharing all aspects of my life. Lisa is a rare, compassionate person who I was lucky enough to find as a coach. Our conversations have made me realize how caught up in my thinking I have become and that I truly don’t need to do anything but let life live me. My trust for her is implicit and while I am still a work in progress her gentle manner of pointing things out to me and pure joy at my own discoveries have changed the way I see the world and in turn myself.

I've had the pleasure of talking to Lisa for several months; she has helped me many times by seeing beyond my thoughts and pointing me to other options. Many times I've come away laughing, as she has a unique ability to infuse joy into any conversation. I'd recommend her to anyone for any problem.

In this episode of her Changeable podcast, my mentor Dr. Amy Johnson and I talk about how my experience of ADHD and anxiety has changed since coming across the understanding that I share in my coaching.
In this interview with my friend and colleague, Clare Assante, for her facebook group, Parenting teens more gracefully, we talk about my experience with ADHD from young adulthood up until now and parenting teens with ADHD.
